Annual Payment Plan Pricing Initial Setup Fee Here's how it works. When you first buy Client Track, you choose the 'Initial Setup Fee' based on the number of licenses you need for the edition you would like (see chart below). The 'Annual Recurring License Fee' is included in the initial one-time 'Initial Setup Fee'. The number of licenses you need represents the maximum number of people who will be logged in and accessing Client Track at the same time (concurrent users). There is no restriction on the total number of people that can be entered into Client Track as users, nor is there any restriction on the number of computers you can install Client Track on in your office. The annual license fee payments are required on an yearly basis to renew the license rights of Client Track.
