We offer an additional pricing model; Monthly Payment Plan. Monthly Payment Plan allows our clients to pay for all our
services together in flat monthly payments in either a 3 or 5-Year contract plan. |

For example, if a client purchases one license of Small Business Edition, it will only be $9 each month. If a client would like to
purchase three licenses of Small business Edition, it will be the low price of $27 for all three licenses. |

|
There are absolutely no additional costs or fees with the Monthly Payment Plan pricing since all of your license, maintenance,
upgrade and support is already included in the monthly amounts. |
|
|
|
|
|
You can add and remove licenses at any time by simply calling our sales department so you have the flexibility to scale up and
scale down during busy tax seasons and pay for only what you need, when you need it. |

|
|
Contract Rules For Both 3-Year and 5-Year Contract: |
|
|
|
|
|
| • Monthly payments includes all our services and all future upgrades of Client Track. |
|
• You must provide a valid credit card when you purchase and the monthly payments will automatically be debited
from your card each month on the anniversary day of the month of your purchase date |
|
• If you cancel your contract before the 3 or 5 years is up, you will be responsible for paying 75% of the
remaining amount due on your contract and this amount will automatically be debited from your credit card. |
|
• Once your contract expires after 3 or 5 years, your monthly payments will remain the same on a monthly basis
and your contract then goes month-to-month, at which time, you may cancel at any time without any penalty. |
